ADVANCED PROCESSING FACTORY
Onboard, Takapo houses an advanced processing factory where catches are processed into fillets or head-and-gutted products, frozen at -30°C, and stored in cold storage. The vessel also includes a Surimi processing line and a 250-ton capacity Reverse Osmosis system, ensuring efficiency and sustainability at sea.
